This is a Iraqi Army gas mask, that was a bring back aka (war trophy) from the 1991 Gulf war. This gas mask is a Serbian M1 model that was acquired by the Iraqi government for their Army, like a lot of their tanks, planes and personnel equipment was sourced from foreign countries.
This Gas mask has a screw on filter, the filter internals have been removed for safety. The canvas bag does have some Arabic writing on it. Basically what you see in the picture is what you get. This gas mask is a great pice of war history. Note(This is a war bring back and like moist thing that have sat in the hot desert sun,this gas mask is not wearable.Also has a cracked lens.)
