Refund policy

Point Alpha Militaria LLC, strives to provide the best customer service experience as possible We try our very best to offer the most accurate item descriptions, sizes and a little history as possible.

RETURNS

If the item you purchased is in any way displeasing, does not fit, or misbehaves, ship it back in the original condition within 14 days for a refund. (The item needs to be shipped within 14 days. Refund will be made via the original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges.

Return Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

In cases where we goofed up* sent the wrong item, or a defective item will we reimburse shipping charges.

* Goofed up means sent the wrong item, so if you had ordered a German PT jacket and sent you a woodland BDU jacket, then its the wrong item.

Defective items: Usually if there are any defects are mention in the description. If you receive a item from us and is defective(broken zipper,missing buttons or pockets) is not mention in that items description, we will accept for return.

Returns will not be accepted if...

The item was received by the customer more than 14 days previous to it being shipped back to us. If for what ever reason it takes 30 days to decide you don’t like the jacket or the pants don’t fit, we will not accept return.

 

Below are a few other reasons we will not accepted a return on a item.

  1. The item has been modified. (Patches sewn on, a garment has been tailored, item has been painted or stripped)

  2. The item has been used. Tried-on is not the same thing. By all means, try it on, but once you've run around the block or climbed mordor with it, it's yours. Also, if it isn't fitting easily, don't force it onto your body. Send it back for a larger size.

  3. If the item was sold as a "closeout or clearance or a grab bag”, it is not returnable.

  4. The item was bought at a Military show from our bargain bin, usually contains items with defects, stains. then try to return them to us, we will just return them to you with a bill for shipping them back

  5. Lastly, item send back to us is not one we even sell, so if you bought a Soviet garrison hat and you send us back a ali express special soviet hat. we will just send it back with a shipping and processing bill.


Modified & Upcyled items

All modified and upcyled items come with a 1 year warranty. we will make repairs under reasonable circumstance. 

What is covered

  1. If the has seams rip or separate due to weak threads.
  2. Loose threading.
  3. Hardware breaks ie (buckles, zippers,snaps, buttons).

What is not covered.

  1. Modifications by customer ir( patches, sewing modds)
  2. Cuts or rips to fabric, due to used.
