This is a Yugoslavian NE44 steel helmet, issued to the yugo army during the Cold War years, and even into the 1990s during the balkans civil wars. THe helmet is painted a light green, the liner is a cotton/canvas lie straps with a torn chin strap.
This helmet appears to have been used during the balkan civil war in the 1990s.
