This is a Austrian Military pea pattern shovel cover. This canvas cover was designed for the US Military folding M43 shovel, it was adopted in Austria military after WW2.
It has a very durable canvas construction with a belt loop on the back. It features the Kampfanzug K57 spot camouflage pattern that was from 1957-1975.
